Tacky Finland advertising 70s: the bidet shower!

Such class and style! Finnish advertising really is peerless. But this thing actually took off as  bathrooms here are usually too small for an actual bidet. Today you can find the bidet shower in every bathroom in Finland to the endless puzzlement of tourists because you turn it on at the faucet instead of the shower head.

Those practical Finns! Why waste space when this serves the purpose? There must be a reason as to why the palace of Versailles is just outside Paris and not just outside Helsinki :-)

Can you imagine Marie Antoinette using one of these, with her maids holding up her skirts...?
